The maintenance of a positive working environment helps to lead an individual to a state of sensibility that will permit the outpouring of ones creativity.  In my work, I would like to believe that I continuously address myself to ideas.  The majority of my creative experiences belong within the sphere of pleasurable growth.  This helps to develop a broad competency conjoined with an investigative attitude.  This attitude offers both adventure and discipline;  how to respond to tradition without either rejecting it or persisting within, its stereotyped boundaries and how to master technique as a vehicle to moving on in new directions.
